Applicants must have an excellent academic record, with an average grade of at least 7 (on the Romanian grading scale) or an equivalent “Good” score in their last completed level of study. They must also submit a complete application file, including diplomas, transcripts, birth certificate, passport, and a CV. The program does not extend to individuals of Romanian origin, asylum seekers, or those who already benefit from a Romanian government scholarship.

PhD: Lasts between 3 and 5 years, requiring prior acceptance by a doctoral supervisor.
Undergraduate and Master’s degree studies are conducted exclusively in Romanian to promote the country’s language and culture. A preparatory year is provided for those who do not speak Romanian. PhD candidates may study in Romanian or a foreign language, as determined by the doctoral school.
